All our work is done and reviewed by a team of professionals. We use a collaborative approach to ensure high quality, thoroughness and consistent results. Project teams are constituted based on the specific needs of each project, and each team brings together professionals with native language skills, deep knowledge of the culture in question, academic credentials and practical experience in their respective fields.

Programs and Interventions:

We carefully analyze all project requirements. Based on this analysis we form a team that prepares a work plan and presents it to the client.

The team manager discusses the plan with the client and makes any revisions he/she deems appropriate.

We work out the details for the intervention(s), contact the target population, and schedule the intervention(s).

We hold the intervention(s) and gather data.

The team analyzes the data gathered and prepares a summary report / evaluation.

We present the findings and a final report to the client. We follow-up, according to the client's needs.

Translations:

All of our translations are done by trained professionals, not software programs. One person translates a document and another person edits and inputs the changes. We do parallel reading for most documents to ensure that nothing has been left out and consult with sub-specialties as necessary in technical translations. In certain instances, we do “back-translations” to ensure accuracy. Clients are given affidavits of such translations.
